Beck Dangler is a Vice President at District and has been part of the District team since 2020.

Beck has specialized in urban retail leasing and sales within the core Boston market since starting his career in 2013. Beck takes a strategic and targeted approach to deliver the highest value and fit for local landlords, developers, and recognized institutional owners such as Related Beal, Equity Residential, Asana, Manulife and Oxford Properties. In addition to his landlord representation, Beck has facilitated market entrances on behalf of tenants ranging from national retailers to first-time local entrepreneurs

Beck has driven the leasing process for mixed-use developments and properties in nearly every neighborhood of metro Boston, resulting in many of the city's most prominent restaurants, retailers, financial institutions, and fitness storefronts. Notable leases include SRV Restaurant, ReelHouse Restaurants, The Handle Bar Indoor Cycling Studios, Orangetheory Fitness, Chase and Citizens Bank flagships. In addition to his leasing work, Beck understands the value of street-level real estate and transacts on behalf of buyers and sellers in the sale of investment and value-add retail assets.

Beck is a graduate of Babson College, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in Massachusetts.
