Eddie Fettuccia is a Broker at District and has been a member of the District team since 2026. 

Prior to joining District, Eddie served as Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Atlantic Properties, where he led business development and specialized in retail sales and leasing throughout the Greater Boston market.

Eddie is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a Licensed Real Estate Professional in Massachusetts.
