Greg Feroli is a Senior Vice President at District and has been part of the District team since 2015.

Greg specializes in tenant representation, site selection, and tenant rollout programs advising high-growth, national and regional retail tenants. Greg works closely with each of his tenants to both develop and implement their respective real estate expansion strategies across the country. Through this, Greg has built an extensive network with landlords, developers, private equity firms, retailers, and brokers throughout the United States.

Since joining District, Greg has completed over 180 transactions totaling more than a million square feet and has helped top-tier retail and restaurant clients in their nationwide expansion efforts. Recently, Greg ran the national expansion for Limani Hospitality Group, securing locations in some of the country’s most coveted markets, as well as led the expansion of 20+ new Blo Blow Dry Bar locations and 25+ Hook & Reel restaurants. In addition, Greg also works with a wide range of landlords coordinating and delivering on leasing requirements in both urban and suburban markets.

Prior to joining District, Greg worked for a management consulting firm on engagements with private equity clients to manage the due diligence for a variety of mergers and acquisitions. Greg is a graduate of Bentley University, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in Massachusetts.
