Owen McGowan is an Associate Broker at District Real Estate Advisors, and joined the team in 2026.

Owen graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston College.

While at Boston College, Owen was a member of the football team and served as team captain during the 2025 season.

Owen is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
