Rachael is a Director of Business Strategy and Development at District and has been part of the team since 2024. 

Rachael works directly with Principals in developing and implementing growth strategies along specific and broad spectrums for District. With a focus on optimizing efficiencies in existing business lines and systems, she also drives the creation of new opportunities for the team. Additionally, Rachael provides crucial support for team members and operations. 

Prior to joining District, Rachael was a Development Manager for EDENS, overseeing and managing projects in various roles spanning from New Jersey to Massachusetts. Throughout her career, Rachael has demonstrated a passion for working with large scale projects, new brands and innovative retail concepts, helping to shape dynamic commercial landscapes. Her ability to identify and nurture emerging market trends has made her a valuable asset in the industry. 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Rachael earned a BS degree from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Rachael is an active member in CREW and ICSC, and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in Massachusetts.
